She shook that thought from her mind. He gave a knowing look at her, his icy blue cynical eyes stared back at her. She set down the bat and put her hair in a messy ponytail, she stared back at Scar with at least the same intesity but he found it to be quite amusing. He straitghtened to throw his pitch, and it was faster than anything she'd ever seen before, it had started raining now making her vision a little fuzzed but not so much as to where she couldn't see. The sound from the steel bat was deafening, but Scar just stood there not really believing that I hit it out of the field. That's when I snapped out of it, that's when I realized I hadn't hit the ball it was all a dream, but it definitly was raining no exaggeration behind that. Hitting Scar's pitch was going to be impossible, his dad was a retired pro-baseball player he would obliterate her. Then she thought what would it like to be with Scar? The question was so hard to grasp, her mind was telling her not to care about but it was so hard not to. She had fallen for him, she knew it, but she tried so hard not to give into it. Ever so recently she wanted Scar to be next to her, she longed to…kiss him. Ever kiss that was shared between them, she felt hypnotized, like his little assistant in magic shows, she always wanted more,…something real, a true bond only between them and she knew Scar felt that way too but still…… She snapped back to reality, he lifted his leg then pitched the fastest pitch she ever saw, nothing happened it seemed as if time stopped, the smile that came across his face as he looked at me. The deafening sound of the steel colliding with the ball woke her up. Deja Vu. It all seemed to be, she watched as the ball glided through the air with blistering speed. Everyone straightenedas the ball neared the fence barely missing the top of it. The faded cheers of everyone had almost brought her to her senses, but when she felt the push Stephanie was giving her to run. She looked back at her and smiled. Hayleigh- "I hit it…" Stephanie- "Exactly, now run!" She said while giving me a strong push, Scar gave her a death stare that chilled her all over, it had all happened to quickly just then. Scar walked over to her taking brisk steps at first, then strides, and then full-on running. He rushed over to her pushing her down effortlessly in the proccess, she looked into his eyes, filled with such rage that made her close her eyes. She could feel him grab her wrist gently then firmly grasping it in his hands, she stopped breathing, she decided to open her eyes looking at his hands then to his eyes. He smiled crookedly as she felt the most extreme pain she ever felt, a surge of pain ran through her body, she screamed out in pain. He held one finger to his mouth signaling her to quiet down but it was too late everyone rushed over to her. She looked around, trying to figure out where this pain was coming from, she felt dizzy any movement made her stiffen as the pain increased with each move, her vision blurred. Abram- "Hayleigh are you okay? What happpened? Did-" He stopped short to look down at my wrist that was held in Scar's hand, how it twisted in an impossible manner, He looked at it then to Scar, who looked at him at the same time, a sly grin came across his face, he squeezed tighter making the pain beyond description, she screamed loudly, her throat becoming hoarse. "Stop! What the hell?! Let go of her!" Abram ripped his hand from my wrist making the pain much more worse, she yelped. Red- "Scar, why did you do that?!" He looked down at me his brown eyes never leaving my face. He jsut shrugged. Scar- "Relax, alright she deserved it you know that I don't like losing-" Red- "So you break her wrist!?" Scar- "It's alright, besides it was all worth it, especially because she's a worthless bitch." He lauhed to himself and so did Ace and Scotch who seemed to find the situation hilarious.
